We use high-temperature vacuum flash cooking to hold residual moisture ≤1.5%, seal inner packs in metallized/high-barrier BOPP, wrap pallets in 6 layers of stretch moisture film, and add ample silica gel desiccant so pieces stay separate after ocean transit.
